shipping information

please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared. processing time takes up to 48 hours and is not included in shipping time. you will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

please do not wait until the last minute to place your orders. if you have a deadline, please place your order well in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control please understand that weekends and holidays DO NOT count as business days. if your package is delayed, we will not offer reimbursement of shipping charges.

please ensure that the address is correct and complete (including apt #, etc). if address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause major shipment delays which we are not responsible for. all packages require a signature to confirm delivery to minimize missing shipments. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

due to the nature of this item and for sanitary purposes, we do not offer returns or exchanges. exchanges may only be done if the discrepancy is on our behalf. in this case, we must be notified of any issues no later than 2 days after receiving your items.
